1. Booking and Usage
1.1 Booking and Payment
To book a ride, tour, or rental service, customers must provide valid identification and accurate contact details.
Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Service Period
The service period (for rides or rentals) starts and ends on the dates and times confirmed at the time of booking.
Delays or late returns may result in additional charges.
1.3 Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
Vehicles are provided in clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy condition.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before use and immediately reporting any existing damages.
During the service period, you are responsible for the proper use and care of the vehicle or service provided.
1.4 Usage Guidelines
Our vehicles are intended for personal travel and sightseeing purposes only. Commercial use is not permitted.
All customers must adhere to local traffic laws and regulations at all times.
1.5 Return Policy
All rented vehicles must be returned to the agreed location at the end of the rental period.
Late returns without prior notice may incur penalties.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2.2 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days.
3. Liability and Insurance
3.1 Limitation of Liability
Ride Cab and Tours Sri Lanka is not liable for any personal injuries, losses, delays, or damages incurred during your use of our services.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims resulting from your actions.
3.2 Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers carry comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, liability, and damage.
4. Privacy and Data Use
4.1 Information Collection
We collect and handle personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and usage.
5. Governing Law
5.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
